Just took it for a flight, Nice!
What is the story behind the three kill markings under the nose art?

Yup thats the first thing I noticed as the aircraft was spinning in preview window. That the OD part looked so good. Its a mottled effect, though very very very subtle and really is quite nice as the in game lighting runs over the aircraft. Cracking job.

I think my only critcism would be that given the historial accuracy you wanted on the bands and nose art I wonder about the shiney metal on parts of the underside. I think these would be more painted than left bare metal during '43, early '44?

Personally I dont mind as the bare metal look quite simply looks cool as hell, But thought i'd mention it given the research you did to get the other bits correct.

thanks,
Lewis

I appreciate your feedback Lewis! I saw the shininess of the metal as well, I did use the default alpha on it so I was wonder why it looked so shiny. Though about changing it but I had it all packaged up and ready to go and got lazy. In a way it kind of bothers me... I'll get an update out there for it....

Thanks,
Kyle
