HI,

Nice idea. Mine I currently:

1= 44,7h excellent
2= 101,5h excellent
3= 30,8h excellent
4= 101,9h excellent

I had "sudden and rare" engine failures on 1 and 3 so I had to replace those. I'm currently on my way to Singapore from Townsville Australia. So if everything goes well I can add another 9h to the engine times.

Happy flying

Update:

1= 55.7h good
2= 112.4h good turbo repaired after inflight turbo failure
3= 41.8h good
4= 112.8h good

Had a very long flight from Townsville in Australia to Singapore. In flight turbo failure around 800miles out but made it fine. The flight was 9h 54min and 2806nm. Cost per mile $1.09. I'm a little low on fuel. Only 2500lbs remaining and only 372lbs of oil. My longest haul so far.

Hi.
Thanks to a rare FSX crash i have just wasted an entire days flying , it froze as i was decending and getting the ASN weather report for destination , and setting the ils freq , i was passing 13000ft , about 30nm from japan coastline at the time , something about not detecting monitor , no apparent updates came in , so what triggered this i have not got a clue , except my aircraft as recorded the wear an tear of the trip , so i have it all to do again , but with older engines.

engines:-
1 = 53.0 hrs good
2 = 53.0 hrs good
3 = 15.3 hrs excellent
4 = 53.1 hrs good

Oh no. That sucks Alan. I'm sure it's super frustrating. I almost screwed up my flight by accidentally hitting the slew key on my sim while pulling into my gate at Singapore! Thankfully COTS seems to record the flight once you're on the ground. So my progress wasn't lost. 8)

Finished another flight yesterday:

1= 63,5h good
2= 120,2h good
3= 49,6h good
4= 120,6h good

I'm really looking forward to find out how long the engines can last if they are treated nicely (which I'm trying to do :wink: )

Hi.
I thought i would put my guppy engines here as they seem to deteriorate a bit quicker than the pax version , more so if lugging 25000lbs of cargo.
airframe 29.9
engines
1 25.1 hrs good
2 28.3 hrs good
3 24.6 hrs good
4 28.4 hrs good
the engines have been changed on the guppy , more than the pax for two reasons , one i used the guppy when setting up the controls in FSUIPC , and i had problems trying to get the prop reverse to work , and in the process of testing the reverse , damaged the engines , the second reasons is i think to do with the extra large fusalage for its load of 25000 lbs of 3rd stage of saturn five cargo .
regards alan. 8)
P.S. pity there is no career mode for the guppy.

Hi.
Just done a flight from KSEA/PHNL thought i was going to get slated on career but did`nt , weather on decent to PHNL was 060/9 3007 alt setting , weather suddenly changed drastically from clr 10 vis to 4 vis and atis changed to 080/9 3009 alt setting , because of this the dinner was served when i was configured for landing , also severe turbulance caused aircraft to climb , even though stick input was decending aircraft , difficult to stay on beam , landing was ok though.
airframe 107.1
engines
1 09.8 hrs excellent (changed prior to flt)
2 09.8 hrs excellent (changed prior to flt)
3 58.8 hrs good
4 24.2 hrs excellent

1 25.5 hrs good
2 28.7 hrs good
3 25.0 hrs fair
