Hi
Today i decided to fly the guppy , so i could practice takeoff/landings , took off from KBFI did a circuit and landed , wind was 166/9 runway 13R in use ment a crosswind of 36deg at 9 knots , so i practiced my dutch role method of approach , basically for those that have not tried this , means in this case i had a bootfull of right rudder , and controlled the sideslip useing oposite aileron , then at last minute you kick off the crab to line up with runway , for the touchdown.
Do not try this method of control for crosswind landings in a high wing aircraft .
The video was done after i had successfully landed , and i did replays from different angles , thats why the controls dont move , its a fault of the fsx reply.

Re: guppy flight training
I prefer the crab method for crosswind approaches and learned on a c172.
