When I like to do basic flying, I turn to A2A Aircraft, cause A2A "basic" flying means "complex" procedures.

Thanks for these.
I do remember your initial posting of the gauge but I never d/l it.
I certainly will soon for FSX and when I migrate over to P3D.

I love taking the Strat over the pond and I sure will start learning about all this.
Thank you again!

Thanks a lot, Finn! I've flown many flights with your gauge in FSX and will try it in P3Dv3 soon.
Kind Regards,
Jan

Used your gauge the other day outstanding work!
Do you know what they used flying over the Pacific?
Just wondering what they used for long overwater segments ie West Coast to HNL and HNL to Fiji?
Wondering if you coukd mod it to use on those long segments as well?

Hi.
In the early days of navigation on long overseas flights , it was a combination off good weather forcasting information , sextant for astral star/sun fixes , and a good old stopwatch , for dead reconning , and any isles spotted enroute to confirnm their position .
regards alan. 8)

The Weathe ships was also present in the Pacific.
These Weather ships are alo included with the Weather ship Gauge.

If You open the zip file You will find a .kmz file that can be opened with Google Earth showing all available Weather ships.

Evening gents,

Pardon my ignorance in posting an reply to such an old topic, but I don't seem to be able to find any stations for the pacific, opening the kmz data I'm only finding a map of the Atlantic?? Or is the fault just between the headphones, as usual??

Cheers

Mac

Awesome Gauge,

I had some trouble using it initially but got it sorted eventually...

The problem was between the headset ;-)

Cheers
