Unwanted Labels ? Fingerprint?

Hi,
today i purchased on simmarket the P40. Very nice.
But i found after installation in my fsx.cfg /prepar3D.cfg the entry "IFROnly= XXXXXXXX (8 numerals). If i set to 0 or 1 the P40 will not work.
Come this from the fingerprint, if yes, then is this a bad idea. With the numerals above P3D (FSX?) shows any AI vehicle with labels as undefinded.
