That would be one heck of a combination... I know you guys have plans for doing it, but given all the interest in the B-17 and P-51 Accusim models, I just don't want to see the Warhawk forgotten! :D

The P40, Spitfire, and 109 are all not forgotten in our Accu-Sim world :)

Scott, are the accusim packs for these models going to work with the current Wings of Power II series, or does the aircraft need to be rebuilt? I don't want to buy that P40 or 109 now and have to replace it later.

Hi Bruce,

Whe WOP2 standaard is still very high. When we accusim a WOP2 aircraft, there are some things we do have to upgrade but we are not planning to make a WOP3 P40 and Accusim pack, the plan currently is to make an accusim pack for the P40 like we are making for the B17 at present.

Scott.

Will the Accusim update include a fat cigar smoking pilot figure?

Unlikely, since you wouldn't smoke while wearing an oxygen mask. Well, you could, but...

I am curious if this is still the plan, which I interpret as the one I would purchase today would be the one used in an Accusim version?

I'll buy the P-40 only if it gets accusim. I remember being really little, there was a painting in the airport resuarant in San Luis Obispo I think, tehre was this beautiful painting of a P-40 Warhawk, that had been shot down, and was laying on the seafloor, with a tuger shark swimming above. Although tiers are (and were) my favorite animal then and now, I called it the 'shrk plane' because of that shark swimming above the P-40. Go figure!
