Hello - you don't give us much info to go on, but if I were to take a wild guess it sounds like an aircraft installation in the boxed edition of FSX but without the free service packs from Microsoft installed. If so, both SP1 and SP2 from this site should be downloaded and installed: https://www.microsoft.com/Products/Game ... ads/Pages/
If you can provide a little more info on the A2A product in question and the host sim, it's easier for us to assist.

Nick is correct in that the issue sounds like the platform doesn't meet the requirements, normally due to FSX not being updated correctly. However if you can let us know which of our products we are talking off we can better help.
