Good day everybody,
I haven't run FSX in awhile but with a newer pc, I just installed it and slowly adding on addons. Attempting to load 3D lighting and I get up to 96% completion and this pops up
The file c/program file 86/games/fsx/shockwave/install.text could not be open. Denied. Does anyone have a answer for this on how to fix? Thanks for your time.

are you running as admin via right clicking and selecting run as admin?

I am running as admin and running windows 7. On my old pc, I had windows 10 and no issue for installing into fs9. It must be a simple fix. will keep on looking.
