I found the above zip file on a download backup disc I had incorrectly labeled.
I also have "3dlights_redux_fsx" and "swlights_utility_v1.2a" which is all I believe I need for my 3D lights installation.
Perhaps the 2004 and FSX combined installer?

Never mind, got it figured out. Confused it with the product that contains both FSX and 2004.
