How to remove default aircraft configs but not the effects?

I want to remove the changes the redux installer made for the default FSX aircraft. All my viewpoints are very strange now, when loading up the Aircreation 582SL I can't even see it unless I change views and zoom out, not sure what happened. I installed the base installer then the 1.2 update.
