Shockwave landing lights not working

For sometime now and in specific airplanes the shockwave landing lights are turned on and after 1 second turn off again. any ideas?

This may be because the option to have lights off in the day is on. Run the update, and when that question is asked, make sure you allow lights to be on during the day.
