A2A
Since there's been a few improvements to rendering FSX in the DX10 preview mode (AVsim has a forum devoted to it) I'd like to know from A2A if there will be any work done with 3d lights to make it compatible with DX10. There have been a few old posts about this but no specific answers and I thought I'd raise it here.
After having used DX9 for FSX since it was released I've now been sold on the merits of DX10 and find the performance much better. I've enjoyed using the 3D lights on all my aircraft in DX9, however the 3D lights on aircraft don't render properly in DX10 (in particular landing, taxi and strobe lights). Oddly enough the lights work fine on A2A's B377, B17, and P47 using DX10!
If there won't be an effort to make them compatible, that's fine. I'll convert my lights back to their stock settings. Thanks for any help or information you might provide.
Cheers,
Brent

Lewis - In case anyone else is playing around with DX10, I went ahead and reinstalled Redux and I have my 3D lights back and displaying properly in DX10.
