I do not know if it is the Shockwave lights or something else causing it. Landing aircraft look more light a bright star than an airplane from any frontal view area. In the parking/gate areas at night it looks like a stadium it is so bright when there are several planes active. In daylight it is the same with aircraft landing. They are unidentifiable until they are almost passing the view point.
Can someone give me some help with this problem?

Did you try turning off light bloom?

Yes, light bloom has always been off. I double-checked to make sure.
Is there a .cfg file somewhere that will let me adjust? I had to do a lot of testing in fsx.cfg to get all the runway/taxi/approach lights to look more to the real ones.
