charges for 2nd download?

Hello gentlemen...........I need to re-download my 3D lights redux because the files were lost in an emergency re-format or my PC.........is it true that I have to pay a fee to re-download?...I went to the "store" site but I am unable to download even though it states I have numerous D/Ls waiting......and when I follow the instructions it wants to charge my credit card again...............(?).......any help would be appreciated........by the way, life without REDUX, is truly dark........THANXXXXXXX

We have never charged a customer for re-activating a download - we're happy to be here as a reliable backup for any A2A files.

As of this morning, we're all caught up on customer support emails. If for some reason you have not received a response, PM me here.
