Hey all
Im new, i have got fs9 and love it, iv done so much to make it look a million dollors. Including the shockwave 3d lights.
Im have problems with nose gear taxi light. When the gears go up, the light dosnt move, it "hovers" under the nose. I have had a search and came across a thread saying you have to change the panel.cfg. Dose anyone know what i have to add to the file for the nose gear light to go off when the gear is retracked?.
Thanks Alex
Adding lines in the panel.cfg for taxi lights?

The answer lies in a 'sticky' thread (one with a 'push-pin' icon) on the '3D LIGHTS REDUX' forum.

So all i add is- gauge21=shockwave_lights!SW Lights_taxi_gear, 1,1,1,1 //shockwave light
I have add the 3d light in the aicraft.cfg, and put it as a taxi, 6=taxi. Is that all i have to add, or do i have to mod it further?

You will need to adjust the X,Y,Z co-ordinates for the light to locate it in the correct position. See this thread for more info....

You did add the 'gauge21=shockwave_lights!SW Lights_taxi_gear, 1,1,1,1 //shockwave light' line to the [vcockpit01] section of the 'panel.cfg' file I take it.

The light will not disappear until that line is added to the panel.cfg file.
