Landing lights

The landing lights go out as soon as I raise the landing gear. How can I fix that? I mean, I´m no aviation expert but I understand that the langing lights should be left on below 10,000 ft. and turn them off above that.

Also, is there a way to reduce the intensity of the landing lights?

Hey whatsup man....I have the exact same problem. Do you use FSPassengers??? I use it every time I fly and I think that it might conflict with that but I'm not sure.....If you find a solution let me know!!
