when i turn on my Oxygen

my oxygen indicator is not blinking therefore leading to hypoxia

Have you charged the system in the shift + 4 panel?

On the left side lower of shift+4are rectangular boxes labled fill/charge...click on the one labeled “oxygen”.

You can switch to the panel view, in front of the pilot below the MIP are the pressure gauges and the blinkers for pilot and co-pilot. You can press the oxygen charging button and check the pressure to see if it has filled.
To use oxygen, click on the hose instead of turning any of the knobs on the regulator. Clicking the hose will simulate a demand supply.
