got by b-17g a2a sim along with there accusim last night, the b17g loaded easy but when I went to load the accusim I cant get past my screen saying this...SET UP IS READY TO INSTALL FLIGHTSIM.COMPILOTSHOP PLEASE TYPE YOUR NAME, ORGANIZATION AND SERIAL NUMBER ......THEN HAS TWO BOXS FOR USER NAME SERIAL NUMBER???? what am I doing wrong? thanks in advance for assistance....

products from the A2A Store don't have what you have mentioned. Some third party re-sellers add there own copy protection for there store. You will want to go to your store of purchase for questions regarding this.
