Downloads remaining

This seems to be the wrong place for this but I can't find any other place to raise it.
I just bought the B-17 with AcccuSim and downloaded it once but my downloads remaining has gone down from 5 to 3.
Any ideas why and can I get it corrected please?
Could it be to do with using a download manager?

By the way I love your planes especially the P-51, thanks for many hours of enjoyment.

Hi Ray.
From what i have seen with others , i would not worry to much about the number of downloads remaining ,A2A seem to reset this if you ever run out , as long as you keep your original download on your pc or saved to a zip drive , you should only ever need the extra downloads in the event of a total pc rebuild .
By the way you will love the b17 , nice old girl , and crew comments are superb.

yes it will be the download manager screwing with the count. No worries though should you need more just give us a yell.
