B-17 + Accu-Sim no more downloads remaining

Hello,

I had to reinstall both the base B-17 and the Accu-Sim expansion and I no longer have any more downloads remaining on my account. This happened after having to reinstall my sim more times than one and also reinstalling Windows on my computer because of computer troubles. Would love if it is possible for my downloads to be replenished.
