Great manual, as per usual, nice work guys.
As far as this lousy weather goes, we know, for a fact, that brighter skies are coming !! AND those same skies will be full of B17's !

Can't wait.

3.) The manual tells to avoid pivot turns. What's a pivot turn? Turning the plane on ground on its place? 360°? Well, isn't it an normal tail dragger operation? Why is it permitted?

(Sorry if my grammar isn't the best...learning english.)
In a pivot turn one wheel doesnt roll, instead the plane pivots around that point. Can be by using brakes on one wheel, or by turning so sharp that you pivot rather than go round in a curve.
This can cause a bald spot on the tire, which will be a weak point and more likely to fail and blow than an evenly worn tire. Also in real bad cases some sideways force may occur which can rip the sidwalls and even push the tire off the wheel.
You can imagine how popular you would be with the boss if you pivoted at speed and blew a tire with 3/4 of the squadron stuck behind you in the the taxi queue.

I just took our girl up to a nice altitude of 30,000 feet. During this climbout, the radio man tuned into two stations and the whole time I was just admiring Rob and Martin's work so I took some screenshots. This aircraft is a feast on the senses. It is going to bring our whole team a great deal of pleasure to see everyone flying her. She is just the most graceful, forgiving, honest aircraft you can imagine. She can also fly some impressively long journeys. With the Tokyo and bomb bay tanks, the entire wing and bomb bay is loaded with fuel.

Note the intercooler flaps above, as the co-pilot can manage the engines for you.

Do you imagine the day in which all those switches, buttons, knobs, etc... cast their own little shadows in real time?
Not in FSX, I know. I was talking in general, about the future. I could only dream of a simulations like this when I was a teenager, and now it's real. I wonder what will come in the future.
Just I thought

Brilliant !!

One more thing to ask:

I hope you don't mind, but would it be possible, to replace the 40s music the radioman "finds" for you by some new cool rock songs?
