In the VC, do the Boost Switch and the Fuel Control Switch work? When I put the mouse over the Boost Switch, it seems I just get the Starter Switch. And I don't seem to be able to find an activation point for the Fuel Contral Switch.

Probly not. I would just program a button on the flight stick for on and off.

The Boost Coil and Engine Starter serve for engine starting. The pilot uses two fingers at a time, we have to simulate this with one mouse.

As for the Fuel Control Switch, aim for the ring or the pin.

Thanks for the info: so when the PRE-FLIGHT CHECK instructions say: "Turn the boost pump to emergency," is that referring to the red-handled WEP lever located next to the THROTTLE?

One other question: in the ENGINE STARTING CHECK it says, "Turn the battery and generator switches to ON" and "turn on electric fuel pump." Are there clickable switches in the VC cockpit to do those things?

thanks for you help, JL

No, this is the boost limiter. I'm affraid the instruction is wrong as there is no fuel pump switch in this cockpit.

The Master Switch next to the Ammeer and RPM gauges turns the battery and generator on at a time.
