Spitfire

My Spitfire dissapears on the fyby view. I just end up with a small black square. It also happens on the tower view. Has anyboby got any idea why.
Its fine for a short while but as it gets further away it just goes.

I just booted it up and have the same thing here when I zoom out. I'm not familiar with how the LOD (levels of detail) distance is managed in FSX - Rob will be back shortly and should be able to push this distance way out.

We just replaced the zip so redownload. The spit should be visible all the way out.

The Spit's a brilliant sim!! - but
I've got the same problem (and the update's already installed) -
but how do I redownload?
and what do I redownload? (the aircraft or the upgrade)

Just download the patch here:
http://www.a2asimulations.com/wingsofpo ... sx_fix.zip

and re-run it.

99% here don't need to do this btw. Only do this if your spitfire disappears at a distance.
