Hey Scott,

is there a detailed description available on how to start up the 109?
A tutorial video maybe? The manual is not enough for a beginner like myself.
The manual which came with the Spitfire or Piper were more than a hundred
pages. Why does the Messerschmitt only get 6 or so pages?

Learning to fly the Spitfire was a challenge and much fun, even though it took me weeks
to get it right. But the manual was a huge help to accomplish that goal.
Please let me enjoy the Messerschmitt, which was btw built in my hometown, as much
as I enjoy this phenomenal, fabulous, excellent, brilliant Spitfire A2A masterpiece. ;-)
It really pains me having to start the 109 by hitting Ctrl+e. This is just so wrong!

Thank you for being so passionate about the things you do! Keep on doing what you're doing!

Just another addict,

Icarus,

One of the big parts of time and cost of our products is making these large, detailed manuals. We created this "Solo" line for the purpose of getting you a A2A quality aircraft under $20, so we condensed the manual into a history, layout, important things to know, specifications and checklists.

Here is a copy of the manual that you should have with your BF-109. Go to pages 5 & 6 for the full checklists.

Thank you Scott,

I understand your point. I already had the manual you offered. It will have to do then.

Also, because the Bf109 is a pre-AccuSim product the internal systems don't have the complexity of the Cub or especially the Spitfire. There is almost no penalty for not following a checklist; the startup and operation is practically 'fire and forget.'
