Bf109E-4 Günther Scholtz

Post by Epsillon »

First of all, many thanks to Martin Catney aka ICDP for his work to give us this amazing paintkit !
Messerschmitt Bf 109E-4 flown by Hpt. Günther Scholtz, III./JG 5, 1942. By 1942 most Bf 109 pilots were flying the Bf 109F but Scholtz prefer to retain his Bf 109E. It was painted in RLM 70 over RLM 65 with the white rudder carrying his victory markings.

*Drool*

Bf-109 will forever be the s-e-x-i-e-s-t aircraft to have ever graced the skies =)
"You catch him right smack in the middle of your sights and give him a complete burst. The Brownings go to work, and, brother, when they are working they're not kidding! Eight guns, 1,400 rounds per minute. Figure it out for yourself.

Really good job on this aircraft. I love it but do you think you good make a repaint for Erich Hartman's 109? He is the top ace of World War Two, he was credited with 351 kills.
