NOTE:
The v.1.2 update had a correction made to it on November 2nd, 2006, so if you downloaded it before this date, you can simply download it again and run the install. If you are on dialup and do not wish to go through a long download again, then you can download this small zip with replacement "aircraft.cfg" files for each plane, for both FS2004 and FSX.

Thanks for the update.

A couple of question though.
I have the UK 1.0 CD without FSX on it, I know how to get it working in FSX by just copying the files over from FS9 but do I have to install it properly before applying the update, or can I just apply the update to the copied over files ?

If I do have to install the CD directly is there an official way of doing it so it installs to the correct folders in FSX ?

Dangerous Beans,

This is written in the installer if you select to install that first version into FSX:

"Prior to installing this update, you must first install WWII FIGHTERS from the CD into the Microsoft FSX directory, then install this update."
