multi player spit skins

Post by Lewis - A2A »

hi guys i was flying last night with FAC and crew and he could not see my spit, which i suppose was because it was a repaint. Now which part in the config am i changing so he can see it?

What ive done is change the name of the craft to DWN as thats the aircraft codes for my repaint. eg in my list i have RND
DWN

Ummm ... I don't know that you have to change anything Lewis. I think as with all skins that anyone who wants to see what another has needs to download and install the same skin.

i was thinking that if they had for example the wop spit then they would see me in the wop spit just the default skin, i think i might have figured it out not sure yet though. i changed a value back to supermarine spitfire and just changed the UI to DWN in the config

If you change the default title= line in the aircarft.cfg, then other people with the default title line will not see yours correctly.
The propeller is just a big fan in front of the plane used to keep the pilot cool. When it stops, you can actually watch the pilot start sweating.
