I think the folks at RealAir finally have some serious competition. The video of the 109 is amazing. I think the bar has been raised real high with this one.

As it should. 1.0ata = atmospheric pressure. Once the engine is started and idling it should drop to about .4ata or so. (Manifold vacuum)

By the same token the US planes should show 30 inches of manifold pressure with engine off. (Well 29.92 on a standard day.) And drop to 13-15 at idle.

Flight sims always get this wrong! It's quite refreshing to see one get it right :) !

I can see where the WOP v8th AAF might get some opposition now.

Doesn't seem that many like to fly the 190, but I know there are loads that get their stones off with the 109.

Awesome Rudder pedals. Nice compliment to the other german birds Shockwave has done. Trouble will be deciding which one to fly.

I am not complaining but these days we have so many choices and (atleast for me) so little time to fly. I also love flying modern airliners such as the PMDG 744 and the Leveld767.

Between these awesome sims and Shockwave warbirds I will never get bored thats for sure.
