Still waiting

I made several purchases on your old site. Those downloads are inactive. I was told to go to the new site and register there. I have sent a number of e-mails and was told it would take some time to activate those downloads on the new site. It has been about three months and still nothing. I'm waiting on about four or five aircraft, I would like to install them sometime during my lifetime. Thank you.

the migration normally takes about 48hrs. If you where not successful please re-submit making sure the details are correct the following the step by step instructions here;

Please note that if the information submitted does not result in a new account being found or no old orders the request is skipped. This is often the case in these situations where a user has forgotten about an old email for the old orders.
