How long does it take?

I created my new account last May, but my old purchases still don't show up. How long does it take? I would really like to update my P-51 and P-47 for use in P3D V4.

Hi Brett and welcome.

There should generally only be a wait of a few days at most for account transfers. If you filled in the Google form before and the email address(es) provided couldn't be found, this may explain the issue.

Please can you fill in the form again (see this pinned post for more instructions) making sure you include all email addresses that may have been used on the old A2A store.
