Something happened at this lake in 1969

I am flying from airport to airport in 1 hour hops. I made my way to KAPC and took off from there yesterday to KRDD. I quickly realized on the GPS that the lake was Lake Berryessa. Immediately I remembered what this lake is infamous for.
