Bonanza installer lost

Post by Flettner »

Hi, Lewis!

Due to my damn lousy english I obviously have cluttered something with your new account and installer system, sorry for that!
The thing is, that I purchased Bonanza on saturday and tried to download it with IDM. I wondered how lightning fast it went, just
a couple of seconds! But after checking the result, I found only one .html file and by clicking it, I got the side of A2A-store, where
I just some minutes ago had made my purchase! Well, after that I made another try to download. This time the connection proved
to be so slow, that after three, four minutes I cancelled the hole process and decidedto try my luck on the next day.
After logged in to my account, I saw all 15 items I have purchased earlier but there was no sign about the Bo!
Now I have to ask you to check my account, because that looks slighly odd. And one more thing by the way! When I before have
paid from A2A, there has never been the need to use PayPall. So why the program this time asked me to proceed to register to PayPall?
Well, I trust you Lewis as allways before and know that when distress is worst, there is Lewis nearby!

Hi again, Lewis!

Iám afraid I can not, because I do not have any!
After registered to PayPall (I do have a PayPall account whitch I do not have used any more, but have not deleted it however)
Now I was forced to use it, because the procedure demanded it. I tried to pay twice with card as before without PayPall, but with negative succes.
I have not gotten any kind of e-mail concerning the payment either. Now I ask you, do I dare to try purchase Bonanza once again. I am afraid of
all the hassle if something goes wrong this time too! And finally, please give me an advice how to pay with creditcard only, without PP, please.

Wish you long and elastic nerves!

Hi Flettner.
I purchased the bo on saturday , and used paypal as a guest, you need to read everything carefully on each payment step , as the guest payment is not as obvious as the paypal account.

Hello,

Can you please pm me your email address. Not sure what you have done as the store doesnt allow guest purchases, you must be logged into your A2A Store account to purchase.

Thanks,
Lewis
