Sorry if I'm in the wrong place, but once again I'm having trouble logging into my store account. I've tried to reset my password, but I get no answering email. I can't remember how we worked this out before, but I do remember having a nice telephone conversation with Scot. I'd like to straighten this out so I can once again fly the Spitfire. Hi Stephen,
This time it's probably because we've got a brand new A2A store which means it's necessary to create a new account. However, you can transfer your purchases from your old account to the new one if you follow the steps described here.
That pinned topic also gives you a link to the original store (https://a2asimulations.com/store-offline/) where you can still download products from your old account in the meantime.

Thanks very much for your quick reply. I think I have created a new account (not sure though), and filled out the form (just typing my email address twice). How long will it take to update the account, any idea?

Okay, thanks Stephen,
Account transfer is a manual process which Lewis has to carry out and it doesn't usually take him long. However, bear in mind it's now about 11pm Saturday night here in the UK, so you may be waiting a day or two.

all updated on the store, so long as the data in the form was correct in that there was a new account and old orders using the emails provided to move from these are all up to date.
