Re: Hurricane?
Only if they strap on a radial engine. We have the Spit, and the P-40 and P-51 are on the way, really want my radial to go with them. From what I've read, the P-47 isn't at the same level as the others, so I'm not sure I'll go for that one when updated for P3D4.
Re: Hurricane?
Hmm i'd rather see a messer or fw 190 if we're talking warbirds.

Yes, I know, but it's a Hurricane so I say, yes, yes and yes again.Ron Attwood wrote:Polls carry little, sorry, NO weight round here.

Re: Hurricane?
Nah, we don't need another merlin aircraft. Might as well just make it a lancaster.

Re: Hurricane?
Nope, too similar to other warbirds already in the pipe.
A Corsair maybe for carrier ops (a port of the existing Aircraft Factory or an Accu-Sim one).
but DC3 or Beech 18 is what we really need

Of course I would. But it's not going to happen.

A lot of negativity around the Hurricane I think it would fill a major hole in the A2A line never say never.

Re: Hurricane?
Just to clarify my comment. I would love them to do a load of WWII aircraft but I am being realistic. GA sells and, in my opinion, people in general are losing a sense of curiosity in what went before. Inevitable I suppose.

I voted no as I feel there are more interesting planes to model. Would I likely buy it....yes (I have issues )

Re: Hurricane?
I always thought the Grumman Wildcat would make for a great Accu-sim bird while giving us another radial. They could model the hand crank landing gear and the vacuum system that raised and lowered the flaps along with the coffman engine starter like on some of the Accu-sim Spitfires.patful wrote:Only if they strap on a radial engine. Re: Hurricane?
YES! Even Lewis said that one sounded interesting when I suggested it a while back. I wouldn't whine if they went for a Hellcat or Bearcat either. Plenty of flying examples of all three.thomas_mac wrote:Grumman Wildcat

Re: Hurricane?
Although I think the Wildcat would be great as I have been to flying legends A2A need to add another Brit to the hangar.
