Can't login with my correct information to download my plane

Hello,

I bought C172 Trainer for P3D in June 2017. My order number is 120371. I tried to login to my account but it doesn't accept my e-mail nor my username. What could have happened? I had to re install everything on my computer but I can't download C172.
