P51D p3d v4 release

Post by captrem »

Hi A2A team,

I know you guys are pretty busy with the bonanza but I am dying to fly my beloved A2A p51. I have for many month tried to keep myself busy flying other birds but it’s getting harder and harder to wait for that release. Please can you give us an update as I am sure I am not the only suffering from being « grounded ». Thanks so much for your efforts! Keep doing your magic!

Shouldn't be too much longer to wait captrem. The P-51 for the 64-bit version of Prepar3D is currently in beta testing and will hopefully be next up for release. :)

Thanks,
Nick

Woah cool ! Thanks for the update !

Is the 377 on line up given the apparent core similarities with the Connie ?

That is good. At least when I get back from the ship at the end of the year she should definitely be out then. I am thinking I will be several hundred dollars worth of aircraft behind by the time I get home in December.

Is it new graphics too for P3D v4 or just making it work in 64bit? And is it the civilian version? I love that one!

Last I heard, it was the civilian. Hopefully the original follows closely behind.

If we can get the P51 and the V-tail before December I'll be more than content.

P51 civ is must have. Flies up in the realm of Boeings but can still land on fairly short strips. It’s the best of both worlds equipped with a gtn650 you can’t go wrong. Great cross country but stinks on gas mileage
