cant sign in to account

hi if any one can help.just reinstalled fsx and want to re download the b17 only cant remember password. i have tried to reset it through the email that is used for my account but its saying email is invalid so im unable to reset password and get into my acount

Have you create a new account on the new store and completed the order migration form as per the instructions in the sticky topic at the top of the forum?
