I would assume it only applies to purchases from the A2A store. They are 'loyalty points' after all. Just like the ones I have for the Just Flight store.

Yes, similar to Just rewards on justflight, points at flight sim store etc. So only applies to our store. For the warbirds for P3Dv4 as well as points I have an extra incentive for those too.

I have another question. Is it known how many dollars/cents will each flying hour be worth when they are redeemed and used?

I usually buy my A2A stuff from SimShack but with this new flying hours program I might be buying from the A2A Store in the future!
