Flightsim.co have three Advanced Landing Grounds Add-On Scenery for FSX. The author is Terry Flemming and they're excellent - great for the P-47 and Spitfire, etc.

These airfields are for P3Dv3 and 4 and FSX , and yes they are excellent , he intends to do a series of them , they can also be found at SOH.
