Downloading Perviusly installed planes

Post by flash2 »

I have lost my Spitfire and T-6 Accusim planes on my simulator due to problems I had with OBBX downloads that caused Scenery errors in FSX Steam . I had to uninstall Steam and re install and lost my planes in the process. I seem to have lost all A2A files except the manuals for both planes and pilot notes for the spitfire. Could you please advise as to how to re install them.

Thank you,
John

Hello John,

if you purchased from the A2A Store simply log into your account, re-download install and update if needed and then you are all set.

Thanks Lewis,

I did downloaded the T-6 directly from A2A. The Spitfire which is my first plane was downloaded through a 3rd party but I believe I have submitted that initial purchase info to A2A. I will check.

Hello,

for the Spitfire you will want to go to the third party store for your re-download.
