Just finished the last week building an new computer so I'm still installing software.
ASUS ROG Maximum X Hero Motherboard
i7800K 3.7 CPU (no overclocking for most applications, don't need it)
16mb G-skill Trident Z 3200 Ram
EVGA 1050ti 4gig
Corsair 1000w PSU
Thor vII case (white) by Roswill
(wanted to get the HAF X case by Cooler master but was unavailable at the time).
4 cooler master Jetflow 120 fans (rgb)
4 cooler master Masterfan Pro 140's (rgb)
Noctua Air cooled heatsink and fan with extra noctua fan purchased for Push/pull cooling.
Under load this computer is running very cool at 82deg F. which the case is designed for high air flow. Comes with three 230mm fans installed, plus one 140mm.
I purchased additional fans as noted above.
Based on my bios configuration I'm holding 75 to 80 FPS in FSX w/Acceleration and all ORBX Scenery, REX Products including SkyForce 3D and Active Sky all active and running.
P3d is giving me 45 FPS on full details.
As far as repainting is concerned... that will be off the chain!.
I will probably be going with water cooling also but mainly just for the looks!

Re: NEW COMPUTER
It's about that time for me soon. What made you go with the 7800? Not knocking it all but I am getting dizzy reading all these reviews on what to get.
Thanks,

Re: NEW COMPUTER
Nice computer. My computer has unfortunately nearly outgrown my Sniper X2 case which has served me well. On mine the 1080Ti touches the fans on the side of the case. I can't vouch enough for the Corsair AIO liquid cooler solutions myself. I have been using them for years with no issues, and my current H65 (140mm radiator) keeps my i7-4790 in the low 70C range at 4ghz. When I do put everything in a larger case I want to go with the new H115i or something with at least a 240mm radiator. I do like your cabling job as well. That is another thing I need to improve on myself, but I need to get a modular power supply to clean up all of my clutter in my case. That build should last you for quite some time though as is.
