Guys: While watching Steveo1kinevo's recent YouTube video on the Carbon Cub (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp_V7Sq76k0&t=5s), I followed a link that he mentioned to STOL Tips by Backcountry Aviation. Very interesting! Now I've added another YouTube channel to my list: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCw72zU ... G298ClcXUQ. We can try the STOL techniques described in the videos with the default Maule (still waiting for the A2A Carbon Cub!). Also, they have a video on applying backcountry landing techniques in a tricycle gear aircraft, including Cessna 182, V-tail Bonanaza, and even a Cessna 210!
