Allow access to PM functionality

A user in the L049 Constellation forum is asking for a PM to forward an Excel navigation spreadsheet, but I can't use this feature.
Could you enable access to PM for me?

Hello,

you need a post before you can PM users. Your account is now active and posts are public, you now have access to the PM function.
