Where to download P3Dv4 updates?

Post by degeus »

I saw the announcement of the updates for Prepar3D V4 for T-6 Texan and COTS L049. But no link or so was given where to download.
How can I get those downloads?

Download from the store where you purchased them. The installer is included in the zip file. Just download the same file you originally downloaded.

Hello,
In the Accountlist I only see the T-6, Indeed, I could download it.
But I also bought in december 2016 the L-049 COTS, that one is not in that list. Can you create it back?
with kind regards,

Did you buy it on the A2A store? Also you'll need to provide A2A with your order number so they can look into it.

Hello,

Yes if you have more than one account on the store you will need to log into the relevant account and or go to your third party store of purchase for your product download.

Thanks,
Lewis
