Cockpit Voice playback

I remember watching an A2A video on YouTube and hearing Scott talk while in the sim, but it almost sounded like an actual aviation headset through the intercom. I was wondering if there's some kind of playback distortion setting, or if it was added in post.

Given some are done during our test flights for the source data it could simply be a recording direct from a flight.
