Multiple installs

Hi,Sorry if this has been asked before.I am trying to install the C182 and the Comanche into P3DV4.
I have tried letting the installer use the default locations P3DV4 Addons folder but when I start the sim I only see one aircraft(depends which one I install first?)
I am sure that it is an addon xml problem but for the life of me I cannot figure it out.I thought that there would be a separate xml file in each of the directories eg c182 and Comanche but there is only one in the main A2A folder.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Hello,

it sounds like you are not reading the installation and are installing into different places. The single xml is because as noted in the install process all A2A aircraft should be installed into a single directory which the first aircraft you install will create for you. So if its your my docs or a custom folder either way they will all go into the A2A folder that the install of the first aircraft creates.

Thank you for the reply.I must apologise for being ignorant,When on the aircraft selection page the Comanche shows up under A2A whilst the C182 shows up under C182.I had not scrolled down the screen far enough DUH!! I was expecting it to show under A2A C182.

That doesn't sound correct, are you installing the P3Dv4 C182 or did you accidentally install the v3 182?

Hi again,definately the v4,the a2a c182 is loading ok so there doesn't seem to be any problems

aha I just realised I am on my laptop, I must have the internal 182 installed, so it looks like in an update already on our internal version the order will be A2A C182. Sorry about that.
