Reset download

Can someone please reset my download for the Comanche P3D order no. 107312. Also how do I update my fleet of A2A aircraft purchased from the store for P3D V4?

Download the P3D file for your aircraft, and it is a zip folder that contains an installer for v1-v3, and a second installer that is v4 only. Just run the v4 installer, point it to where you want the aircraft installed, and you will be good to go.

I need someone to resend me a password for the store. I need to update 2 products for p3d v4.
Send the new password directly to my email. When I try to do it myself, I'm not receiving the automatic reply/new password on the email that is linked to my account.
Please I need that as soon as possible. Thank you.
