Upgrading to prepar3d v4

Post by Redvirago »

I am trying to upgrade my A2A aircraft ( texan, 182, commanche 250) to P3d v4. However I cant find records of where I purchased each plane. Is there a way to find out my licencing information from within P3d v3.- and trace it back through A2A? Or is there an updater that works for p3dv4? The updater I have on my computer only updates v3.

Hello,

the records are normally emails sent to you from the store of purchase for your purchases. There is no record at our end on a per user basis, unless you have purchased direct from us at the A2A Store. In which case simply log into your account to view and download your orders.

thanks,
Lewis

Thanks Lewis. I was finally able to track them down. 2 different vendors and 2 different email adresses. The joy of shopping online. Updates work flawlessly!
