My thoughts and prayers are with those in the UK...

This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.

My thoughts and prayers are with those in the UK...

For those of you in the UK, I wanted to drop a quick word to let you know that you're in our thoughts and prayers over yet another senseless act of violence in Manchester. I hope you and your families are safe today.

I'm sickened by this act of cowardice and evil. It is a parent's worst nightmare to not know where their children are.

My toughts exactly when I saw that on the news... I know we can't help much but at least know that we feel for you and we are deeply empathic.

My kids go to that arena sometimes when someone they like is performing.

Its a very sad time.

As I put out my flag this weekend to honor Memorial Day and our Vets, my heart, thoughts and prayers are with all the innocent people and children of Manchester. The world has sunk to a new low when children become the victims of these crazed madmen and women. These people are the scourge of the earth and need to be exterminated like cockroaches! My prayers go out too you all in the UK. May the Lord comfort the families and victims of the attack.

Keep the shiny side up and the dirty side down!

Thank you for the kind words. It is safe to say pretty much everyone feels the same way regarding what has happened.

Though I didn't know anyone involved, thank god, my daughter did unfortunately. She was at college with one of the victims. It has had a definite effect on the whole college by all accounts, losing one and badly injuring another.

All our thoughts are with the families of the victims. It is hard to know what to say really. I feel whatever I write isn't enough.
