Deleting the USAF on the wings and it'll be done. Seems like this plane might be changing a lot in the future like the added turrets so no telling if the USAF will be on her or not which all depends and there's not a whole lot of info on this plane for starters.

Thank You for the comments. She was a bit tough to get it all together. For the most part it's very close. Might be a few different changes on the wings but they are close. Hard to see the photos and the paint kit is a bit fuzzy but.... One thing I actually enjoyed creating were the exhaust pipes. I took those from the picture posted in the other thread and applied some artwork to it and now you'll have 3D exhaust stacks.

That is looking very smooth, I always post at Flightsim.com, never lost a file, may be a little slower but least your work is safe, very much looking forward to have a look at this one, the Virtavia Superfort is a nice addition 8) .. your paint plopped onto it , extra special :)

Thanks Ian Warren!. One thing though... this is the first version (v1.0) and one thing you can not do in this version is make the prop hubs polished. In version 1.1, I was told that was fixed along with a few other things. I assume this paint will work on the updated model so then the prop hubs would need to be polished.

The file should be the *Engine.dds* file which the hub/spinner will be in the upper left corner of the palette, it's just a square about 1inch x 1inch in size. I've included this file in the DL because I made the hubs a bit more silver looking but that file (Engine.dds) might work for the new version as well (if it's the same) and can be copied into the new planes folder (v1.1) or at least copied over the new Engine.dds file if the parts line up. If all is the same then you should have polished hubs.

I've heard the paint kit has been updated as well so not totally sure if it will work. If I can get v1.1 then I'll make an update repaint for it.

Thanks again for the comments. I'll be uploading soon after I give it a final inspection today.

The DL link is uploaded at: Flightsim. Look in the FSX screenshot threads and you'll see it. Link is posted after the screenshots.
Repaint is for FSX boxed version with Acceleration installed.

That propeller mod is from *MusicMan* he created that. I also had a prop blur mod too but his is better then mine so his was the choice for this B-29. He's also made other blurs too for the Mustang and a few others I think. He posted the DL for his prop at SOH, Thanks MusicMan!.
